Visionentive is an independent consultancy. The whole of our offering — digital workflow architecture guidance, platform compatibility reviews, information system organization support, and technology usage optimization advisory — is consultative and informational. We study how your organization currently works, we structure what we observe, and we present recommendations and roadmaps for you to consider.

Everything we produce is intended to support your internal decision-making. It is not a directive, not a warranty, and not a substitute for the operational, technical, and commercial judgment that only you and your team can exercise about your own organization. The choice of whether to act on any recommendation always rests with you.

3. We do not provide legal, financial, tax, or regulatory advice

5. Work we do not perform

It does not constitute an endorsement, certification, or recommendation to purchase, and it does not imply any partnership, affiliation, or commercial relationship between Visionentive and that third party.

We are vendor-independent and do not receive commissions, referral fees, or other incentives from technology providers. Any decision to adopt, license, or rely on a third-party product is yours, and that product will be governed by the third party’s own terms, pricing, and policies, for which we are not responsible.

You remain solely responsible for how you interpret and apply our advice, for the decisions you make, and for the consequences of those decisions. You are also responsible, at all times and regardless of any engagement with us, for the operation, maintenance, licensing, backup, and security of your own systems, accounts, and data.

Before acting on any recommendation, you should assess it against your own circumstances, obligations, and risk tolerance, and obtain any specialist advice that the situation calls for. Engaging Visionentive does not transfer any of these responsibilities to us.
